Onboarding on Telegram
Get your MemberPass creator account set up via Telegram — the only way creators register today.
By the end of this page, you'll have signed up via Telegram and be ready to launch your first project.
MemberPass creator registration is Telegram-only — you always start by chatting with our official bot, @MemberPassAppBot. That conversation hands you a signed token for the registration form and links your Telegram identity to your MemberPass account.
Step-by-step
Open the MemberPass bot.
Search for @MemberPassAppBot in Telegram or tap the direct link. Hit Start.
Follow the prompts.
New users: the bot walks you through a short intro and opens the web registration page in your browser with a pre-filled token. Existing users: you'll see your project list directly.
Fill in the registration form.
- Name — pre-filled from your Telegram profile; edit if you want a different display name.
- Email — a real inbox you can check.
- Password — 8+ characters, mix of upper/lower/numbers.
Click Create Account.
Your Telegram account is permanently linked to your new MemberPass account. Choose the Telegram user you want to use carefully — you'll be signing in with that same account going forward.
Verify your email.
Open the verification email from MemberPass and click the link. Until verified, some actions are restricted.
Secure your account.
Before creating your first project, head to Settings → Security and set up either:
- Two-factor authentication — TOTP via Google Authenticator or any compatible app.
- Passkeys — FIDO2 passwordless sign-in.
Either layer is a big upgrade over password-only protection. Details in the Account & Security section.
Launch your first project.
Head to the Creator's walkthrough and follow the eight-step launch path. The whole flow — from fresh account to first paying subscriber — is typically a single afternoon's work.
Why Telegram-only registration?
Telegram is the platform your members live on — tying your creator account to a verified Telegram identity from day one keeps our security model simple. It means:
- You always have Continue with Telegram as a sign-in fallback (in addition to email/password and passkeys).
- Your bot setup flow is seamless — no separate identity to juggle.
- Support can verify ownership faster if you ever need account recovery.
