Creating an Account
Register for MemberPass as a creator through Telegram and set up your login credentials.
By the end of this page, you'll have a MemberPass creator account linked to your Telegram profile, with a password you can use to sign in from any browser.
This page is about becoming a creator — someone who builds a MemberPass project and sells subscriptions. If a creator invited you to help manage their project, you'll join through a team invitation email instead — see Teams & Roles. If you're an end subscriber paying for access to someone else's project, you don't need a MemberPass account at all; head to For Subscribers.
How creator registration works
MemberPass registration is Telegram-only. The only way to create an account is by authenticating with our official bot — @MemberPassAppBot — and completing a short form that Telegram's data pre-fills for you.
Why Telegram? MemberPass runs memberships inside Telegram. Tying your account to a real Telegram user from day one keeps our security model simple and aligns with the platform your members will actually use.
If you open /register directly without coming from Telegram, you'll see:
"Registration is only available via a supported platform. Please tap one of the buttons below to start the registration process."
That's normal — the form only appears once Telegram has verified who you are.
Step-by-step registration
Open the MemberPass registration page.
Go to /register (or click Sign up for free on the /login page).
Click Continue with Telegram.
The Telegram login widget will open. On mobile it will jump into the Telegram app; on desktop you can scan a QR code or confirm directly from your phone.
Approve the Telegram authorization.
Telegram shares your public profile (first name, last name, username if any, profile photo, and a unique Telegram user ID) with MemberPass and redirects you back to the registration page.
Fill in the registration form.
- Name — Pre-filled from your Telegram profile. Edit it if you want a different display name. Minimum 5 characters.
- Email address — A real inbox you can check in the next few minutes; used for receipts, password resets, and login.
- Password — At least 8 characters. We check it against public breach databases and require a mix of upper-case, lower-case, and numbers.
- Confirm password — Re-enter to catch typos.
Click Create Account.
Your account is created and linked to your Telegram user ID. You'll be redirected to the sign-in page with a confirmation message.
Verify your email.
MemberPass sends a verification message to the address you entered. Open it and click the button inside — see Verifying your email below.
Once verified, sign in with your email and password at /login, or tap Continue with Telegram again to sign in through Telegram — it's the same account either way.
Verifying your email
Email verification is required before you can do anything meaningful inside MemberPass (like creating a project or enabling a payment method).
Open the email titled "Verify your email address". It arrives from a @memberpass.net address shortly after you submit the form.
Click the verification button. The link is valid for a limited time.
You're redirected to MemberPass with your email confirmed. You can now sign in freely.
What happens right after registration
Your account is created, but no project or subscription plan is set up automatically. From here, there are a few things you'll want to do in order.
Activate a creator plan
Free and paid tiers are available — even the free plan requires a valid payment method on file, because per-transaction fees apply regardless of tier. See Activate your subscription.
Create your first project
A project is the container for your plans, members, and linked Telegram bot. See Creating a Project.
Connect a Telegram bot
Create a bot via @BotFather and paste its token into MemberPass so it can manage your community on your behalf. See Connecting your bot.
Secure your account
Before you go any further, we strongly recommend securing your account with two-factor authentication or a passkey.
