Signing In

Every way to sign in to your MemberPass creator account — email and password, a passkey, or Continue with Telegram.

There are three ways to sign in to a creator account on MemberPass. You can mix and match — for example, a password and a passkey can coexist on the same account, and you can still click Continue with Telegram any time.

Head to /login to see the sign-in screen. Which method to pick? Start with the tabs below.

Looking for subscriber sign-in? Members of your projects sign in at the project portal (my.memberpass.net/{handle}) using Telegram, Google, or a magic link — none of those apply to the creator dashboard. See For Subscribers → Portal for that path.

Pick your method

The traditional email + password combination. This always works once your email is verified.

At /login, enter your email address and password.

Tick Remember Me if you trust the device you're on (this keeps your session signed in for longer).

Click Log in to MemberPass.

If you've enabled two-factor authentication, you'll be asked for your authenticator code at /two-factor next. See Two-factor authentication for what to expect.

We rate-limit failed attempts. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot your password? link instead of guessing.

Sign in with just your fingerprint, Face ID, or device PIN — no password at all. Passkeys are the most secure option and the fastest once they're set up.

MemberPass automatically suggests your passkey on the sign-in page if your browser and device support WebAuthn autofill. Just tap your stored passkey when the prompt appears, authenticate with your biometric, and you're in.

Open /login. The browser's passkey picker will often appear immediately inside the email field.

Pick the passkey you want to use. You may have several across devices.

Authenticate with your biometric (fingerprint, face scan) or the device's screen lock.

You're signed in. Because a passkey already satisfies both "something you have" and "something you are", two-factor isn't prompted on top.

You need to register a passkey first before this option appears. See Passkeys for setup.

Because your creator account is linked to your Telegram user ID (registration was Telegram-only), you can always sign in by re-authenticating through Telegram — no password needed.

At /login, click Continue with Telegram (the big blue button at the top of the form).

The Telegram login widget appears. On mobile you'll be asked to open Telegram and tap Confirm. On desktop you can scan a QR code or approve from your phone.

Telegram authenticates you and redirects you back to MemberPass. We match your Telegram user ID to your existing account.

You're signed in — straight to your dashboard.

Telegram sign-in is tied to your Telegram user ID, not your @username. If you ever change your Telegram username, this still works — it's the underlying user ID that matters.

Staying signed in

When you tick Remember Me on sign-in, your session persists even after you close the browser. We recommend it only on devices you trust and control.

To see and revoke your active sessions, head to Browser sessions.

What if something goes wrong?

After signing in

You'll land on your dashboard. From there:

  • Switch between projects from the project picker in the top-left.
  • Open Settings from the account menu (top-right) for everything in the Account & Security section.
  • Create a new project from the "+ New project" button if you haven't yet — see Creating a Project.
