Platform Introduction
The complete guide to MemberPass — launching, running, and growing subscription-based Telegram communities with automated member management.
Welcome. This is the home for everything you can do with MemberPass — from launching your first paid Telegram community in under an hour, to running it at scale with teams, custom roles, and nine payment providers.
MemberPass is a membership-as-a-service platform built by Envigo Innovations, LLC. It turns private Telegram channels, groups, and supergroups into subscription businesses — no code, no servers, no manual member management. Subscribers pay, the bot invites them, and if they stop paying it removes them. That's the whole product in one sentence; the rest of these docs cover how to make the most of it.
New here? The fastest way to get your bearings is the Quickstart Guide — it's a 10-minute, no-skip walk from "create an account" to "first paying subscriber". The conceptual tour lives at How MemberPass works.

What is MemberPass?
A plain-English overview — who builds it, who uses it, what it does, and why it exists. Read first if you're evaluating the platform.
Quickstart
Zero to first live plan in about 10 minutes. Nine numbered steps, each linking to deeper docs if you want more context.
How it works
The end-to-end flow — creator setup, subscriber signup, the money path, what the bot does automatically, and what you still handle manually.
FAQ
Common questions about billing, features, platforms, and edge cases.
Pick your path
MemberPass has two kinds of users — creators (the people running communities) and subscribers (their paying members). Almost every page in these docs is geared toward one of the two. Start with the path that matches you.
For Creators
Build and run a subscription business. Covers plans, projects, bot setup, payment methods, access codes, members, subscriptions, dashboard, and more.
For Subscribers
Subscribe to a creator's community, manage your membership, redeem access codes, and get help if something goes wrong.

REST API
The public API at api.memberpass.net/v1 — Sanctum tokens, idempotent mutations,
OpenAPI 3.1 spec, and an agent-friendly error envelope.
Outbound Webhooks
Subscribe any HTTPS endpoint to the 71-event taxonomy. HMAC signing, 8-retry backoff over ~4 days, dead-letter replay.
MCP Server
Connect Claude Desktop, Cursor, or ChatGPT Desktop to mcp.memberpass.net
and drive your creator workflow via natural language.
Integrations
Zapier, n8n, Make, LangChain, and any OpenAPI-aware toolkit. Build your own in minutes against the hosted spec.
Common creator tasks
The setup journey in the order creators actually do it — plus the day-two tasks you return to once subscribers start flowing in.
Day-one tasks
Mirrors the Quickstart checklist — the sequence the dashboard's onboarding enforces.
1. Activate your creator subscription
Pick Free, Starter, or Growth. Add a payment method on file (required even on Free because per-transaction fees apply).
2. Create your first project
Name, handle, banner, description. Every field explained.
3. Add a resource
Start with a Manual resource — a welcome PDF, a Notion link, anything URL-addressable. Telegram destinations get linked later through the bot.
4. Set up a payment method
Configure Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, or any of the other six supported providers.
5. Add a subscription plan
Pricing tier, billing cycle, trial rules, eligibility filters. Link the resource from Step 3, then Sync Subscription Plans on the payment method so recurring billing works.
6. Connect your bot
BotFather → MemberPass token handshake. Done once per project. After the bot is live, loop back to Resources to attach your private Telegram channel, group, or supergroup.
7. Share your bot and portal
t.me/YourBotName plus my.memberpass.net/your-handle. Marketing links,
QR codes, deep-link start parameters.
Day-two tasks
Generate access codes
Bulk-mint single-use codes for offline sales, giveaways, influencer gifts, or gated plans.
Read your dashboard
Period filters, compare-to windows, plan / status / provider slicing. The same numbers the Analytics API returns.
Supported platforms

See Platform roadmap for more.
When things go wrong
Troubleshooting
Common issues across both creator and subscriber paths — sign-in problems, bot not responding, payment failures, plan-sync errors, and more.
Subscriber troubleshooting
The subscriber-specific variant — can't access a group, payment failed, bot didn't add me, portal sign-in issues.
